General Description:As a NOVACard Operations Supervisor, this position provides operational management of the college's ID card system. Duties and Tasks:Manage the physical and virtual card system, manage supplies and inventoryControl and maintain all ID Card system hardwareManage assigned budget and expendituresWork with other departments who interface with the ID Card systemOversee the online photo submission and approval process.

KSAs:Ability to coordinate activities of others.Ability to be task and goal oriented.Excellent written,verbal, interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to deal tactfully with people.Working knowledge of people and budgetary applications such as Peoplesoft (SIS & AIS modules)Working knowledge of relational database applications such as Oracle(CSGold).Possess a good understanding of computer and network systems, applications, procedures and techniques.Ability to determine computer problems and coordinate hardware and software solutions.Proficient in Project Management including: creating extended and short-term plans, delegating tasks, communicating with leadership, performing quality control, and adjusting schedules and targets.Ability to travel to NOVA Campuses, Centers and administrative locations.Working knowledge of database management and database report writing using software or SQL.Minimum Qualifications:Some experience with business and computer applications.Some experience with database and system administration.Some experience managing and delegating to staff.Some experience in operational managementValid driver's license
