Who we are looking for The private cloud is one of the offerings within platform engineering in GTS and provides compute services to tenant applications in State Street. The platform hosts 100s of applications including crown jewel, tier 0 & tier 1 applications. As a cloud platform Systems Engineer, you will deploy solutions for our private cloud using configuration provisioning and management tools (e.g., for creating and managing virtual machines running Red Hat Enterprise Linux). Once in production your role is key to ensuring that solutions are operable: maintainable, manageable, stable.
