This part time position requires an individual who works very independently under general direction of the PI or Lab Administrator. The individual should demonstrate strong database management and overall computer skills and analytical skills for effective problem solving and independent decision making. The individual will work on a variety of projects involving automating image and data analyses for our ongoing studies, including but not limited to:Automated processing of histological imagesA HALO AI machine learning approach for semantic segmentation and morphological characterization of photothermal injury zones in skin biopsies (stained slides)Immune cell countingGeneral image and data processing needsPCR and qPCR skills
