GENERAL SUMMARY/ OVERVIEW STATEMENT: We are in need of a Graduate Research Assistant at the Athinoua A. Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging to work on a research project for development of AI methods for medical imaging.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement deep learning algorithms for rapid MRSI metabolic imaging of the human brain at 7T and 3T.Design neural networks, program computer code.Train and validate the models for medical imaging.Provide weekly progress reports.Prepare conference abstracts and submit manuscripts to scientific publications.SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: Excellent organization skillsAbility to make independent effective decisions
